California Skin Institute Opens It’s Third San Francisco Office in Nob Hill

California Skin Institute (California Skin Institute) is pleased to announce its merger with the well-regarded Nob Hill dermatology practice of Rhea Phillips, M.D.

Dr. Phillips is a board-certified dermatologist who completed her dermatology training at Baylor College of Medicine and a skin cancer research fellowship at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Texas. She specializes in medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology including skin cancer surgery and pediatric dermatology. As part of California Skin Institute, she will now offer a broad range of new medical and cosmetic procedures from the existing California Skin Institute platform of devices and techniques.
