Seymour M. Weaver III, MD is a board-certified dermatologist and fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, as well as a member of numerous other professional societies. He is a native Houstonian who graduated from Baylor College of Medicine, then completed an internal medicine internship at LA County/USC Medical Center and dermatology residency training at Martin Luther King Jr. General Hospital. Dr. Weaver subsequently opened a private practice in Houston, Texas in 1982 and after 37 years in practice transitioned away from the private practice environment.

A pioneer for the treatment of problem skin with lasers and aesthetic treatments, Dr. Weaver is specifically recognized for his expertise in anti-aging dermatology, treating hair loss and scalp disorders, and laser treatments, in addition to medical and surgical dermatology.

Dr. Weaver has been frequently featured in local and national media. He is well known for his extensive knowledge and expertise related to skin of color, hair loss and scalp disorders, and has been quoted in Essence, Oprah Magazine, and a variety of other publications and media outlets.

With close to 40 years as a practicing physician, Dr. Weaver strives to help improve the life and health of individuals one by one with personalized attentive care.
