Immersion Course

The first immersion course is in the planning stage and will be a 2.5-day intensive exposure (12 hours/day) to local anesthesia facial and eyelid rejuvenation techniques at the bedside. Designed for the Mohs surgeon, this course demonstrates local anesthesia procedures from start to finish and provides the most comprehensive local anesthesia facial rejuvenation surgical training available in dermatologic surgery.
Faculty include Greg S. Morganroth, MD, James O. Barlow, MD, California Skin Institute Patient Care Coordinators, nurses, and marketing staff.
Live surgery includes face lifts, upper and lower blepharoplasties, facial resurfacing, neck liposuction, submentoplasty, and mandibular implants. Complementary techniques including Botox, Dysport, Sculptra, hyaluronic acid fillers, and Ulthera will be demonstrated as well.
