The cosmetic consultation typically takes place with one of our highly skilled Patient Care Coordinators. They will discuss your desires for rejuvenation, provide background information about our philosophy and techniques, and review our large series of before-and-after photos. One of our physicians will meet with you next to review your desires, the options, the technical aspects, risk, and benefits of the procedure options. If you wish to proceed with scheduling your procedure, a deposit will be taken to hold the date. A pre-op appointment will be scheduled to review the details of the procedure, sign consent forms, and review the pre- and post-operative instructions. MOHS CONSULTATION

The Mohs Surgery consultation appointment takes place with the Mohs surgeons at CSI. Your medical history is taken, pathology report reviewed, and a skin lesion examination is performed. The options for treatment as well as anticipated options for reconstruction of the skin defect will be discussed in detail. All of your questions will be answered to properly prepare you for your surgery. The Mohs surgery appointment is scheduled following your consultation appointment.. We recommend a consultation prior to Mohs Surgery for first-time Mohs Surgery patients. Additional information on mohs surgery may be found here.
