The California Skin Institute (CSI) team consists of experienced physicians, nurses, patient care coordinators, aestheticians and support staff who are committed to providing the highest quality of dermatology care. Many of the staff have worked at CSI for many years and have a broad experience in managing the most challenging skin patients. We are committed to staying on the cutting edge and work diligently to ensure that our patients are treated in the manner that we would expect for our own family members.

Melinda Broyles - Patient Care Coordinator
Mountain View and San Jose Offices
Melinda Broyles has a long history of work experience in the medical field and is a former consultant for another dermatology practitioner. She joined the California Skin Institute to have exposure to more comprehesive cosmetic skin procedures. Her expertise in cosmetic surgery include tumescent liposuction, eyelid rejuvenation, face lifts, lip augmentation, and sclerotherapy. Melinda is happy to to provide all the information and materials needed to educate you on our cosmetic procedures, as well as assist you through the procedures to ensure a comfortable, positive experience.
Melinda is available for consultations or to simply answer any questions you may have regarding our cosmetic procedures. She is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Evening appointments are available by request.

Carolyn O'Brien - Patient Care Coordinator
Mountain View and San Jose - Los Gatos Offices
Carolyn has a long history of work experience in the cosmetic dermatology field and has worked for one the California Skin Institute offices for years. Her expertise in cosmetic surgery includes Botox, fillers, laser hair removal, Fraxel, intense pulsed light, and advanced cosmetic surgery procedures. Carolyn is happy to to provide all the information and materials needed to educate you on our cosmetic procedures, as well as assist you through the procedures to ensure a comfortable, positive experience.
Carolyn is available for personal one-on-one consultations or to simply answer any questions you may have regarding our cosmetic procedures. She is available every day (except Wednesdays) from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Evening appointments are available by request.

George Davis - Patient Care Coordinator
Mountain View Office
George Davis has a rich experience in aesthetic medicine. With working knowledge of procedures like Tumescent Liposuction, the Vertical Vector Face Lift, laser procedures like Laser Skin Resurfacing, Fraxel, and IPL procedures as well as general skin care and esthetic services, George can help patients to understand the nuances and specifics involved with the different procedures offered by CSI.
His approachable, easy going style allow patients the ability to get information that they seek and have sought for some time, but have been too nervous to ask about. Seeing patients through their procedures is one of the joys of his chosen career. Especially at the follow up visits, be it two weeks after their surgery or two years, it is a joy to him to hear the positive changes their chosen procedures have allowed.
Born and raised locally, as well as a graduate of San Jose State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History, George’s outside interests are varied. An avid runner, an amateur artist (mixed media and pastel), as well as an avid antique hunter, George considers his role as a Cosmetic Consultant a true pleasure- who wouldn’t like to help people to reach their own personal aesthetic goals?
