The California Skin Institute (CSI) team consists of experienced physicians, nurses, cosmetic consutants, aestheticians, and support staff who are committed to providing the highest quality of dermatology care. Many of the staff have worked at CSI for many years and have a broad experience in managing the most challenging skin patients. We are committed to staying on the cutting edge and work diligently to ensure that our patients are treated in the manner that we would expect for our own family members.

Arnie Malin - Practice Administrator
Arnie Malin, FACHE, joins the California Skin Institute with a wealth of experience in physician group leadership and Ambulatory Care. He has earned an MBA in Healthcare Administration from Western New England College in Massachusetts, an Honors BBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Windsor, and a BA in Social Sciences from the State University of New York. He is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives, served on its Regents Advisory Council, and is a Nominee in the American College of Medical Practice Executives.
Arnie is active in a number of state and local Professional and Volunteer organizations that promote continuing education and community service. His successful background in Women’s Health and commitment to the consistent delivery of outstanding customer service resulted in his earning the Sisters of Providence Health System Mission Award.
Jillian Fraser - Director of Aesthetics
Jillian Fraser brings to California Skin Institute a decade of experience in Plastic Surgery and Aesthetics Practice Management. Dedicated to providing clients with extraordinary care, Jillian is well versed in all aspects of surgical and non-surgical skin rejuvenation techniques.
Overseeing the Aesthetics Division, Jillian ensures all aspects of the cosmetic practices of California Skin Institute surpass all expectations. In addition, Jillian coordinates all events, community service and marketing opportunities for the organization. She can be reached at jfraser@caskin.com.

Darien Whang - Practice Manager
San Jose Office
Darien Whang received his Bachelor of Science degrees in Biology from the University of Colorado and Criminal Justice from San Jose State University. In 1998, he joined the California Skin Institute and has functioned as a medical assistant, front office staff, marketing director, fellowship coordinator, event planner, head Mohs histotechnician, and head of nursing. His broad experience in the practice served as the basis of his promotion to Practice Manager in San Jose.
